To the M and O fraternity:

Guys,

Firstly thanks to all those that have sent in the history sheets on their cars. To those that are yet to -, please remember it takes a long time to put the newsletter together, so please consider that filling in and returning it - is a way of you contributing to the M and O scene. I've re-attached the blank sheet .... A small note about it, some have just filled in the "history at a glance" section, this is intended for Announcers to quickly scan the highlights of the car, the history section below it is to fill in in more detail please.

OK a few things that came out of the newsletter and a couple of others.

1. Peter Finlay advises that Oran Park will not close until the end of the year. Peter will be continuing to run his courses there until then. In the newsletter I mentioned that it would be closing in November but this is not correct.

2.Peter Johnson has his BT6 and BT36 for sale. I omitted to put Peter's contacts in - his mobile is 0411 195937 work is 02 95173751 and his email address is peter@peterjohnson.com.au or peter37@bigpond.net.au

3. Mon Aug 17th will see the airing of a documentary on Sir Jack Brabham. See the attachment above.

4.There is a HSRCA Registrar's meeting on Tuesday night (18th) If there is anything you want to raise of have discussed please let me know.

5. There is a possiblity that we may be invited to compete at a Bike meeting at Oran Park on the weekend of 10/11 October, The Bathurst 1000 weekend. I will pass further details as they come to hand. Might give us one last run there ....
