Greetings Blues train Travellers..

Entries have NOW been closed off with 24 rooms booked at the Vue Grand Hotel in Queenscliff.

The train tickets have been purchased at an increased cost of $87.20 and I will need a little extra from the people who have paid the lower cost.
This can be done on the day.

On Saturday the 14th of May we will all meet up at 10am at the Townley Ranch at 59 Mount Martha Road Mount Martha.

There we will be invited to morning tea and also to attend to some boring administrative tasks such as final instructions for the weekend and paying out some more money for the excess cost of some of our train tickets etc.

A small change of plans for the Sunday in that in then morning after a relaxing breakfast at the Hotel AT ABOUT 10am we leave the hotel for the ladies to have a shop in the Trendy shopping centre at Queenscliff. (If they wish) and the Gentlemen assuming that any are left after the previous evening are invitred to attend at the Fort Queenscliff Museum at a cost of a very reasonable $4.00 per head.

We will somehow???? meet up with the ladies and travel to the Clifton Springs Golf Club situated at 92-94 Clearwater Drive C lifton Springs for a luncheon appointment..

At the concluson of your lunch you may feel free to return to wence you came and engage in a leasurely trip home once again...

SO that is how things have panned out to date

I have heard mutterings from the Ladies rumour mill that they are not all privvy to the arrangements for this highly sought after event.

I have printed off correspondence relating to this matter and I will get a copy of those to each couple/ person partaking of this little jaunt.

This will occur this week the 1st of May 2011.

Beth and i look forward to catching up with you all and enjoying the Blues Train in May..

Regards, 1/-:D
