I agree with the sentiments of the other users re the exclusion of Q,R and FF, from the Phillip Island Classic. As the owner of the only remaining vehicle of a true Australian built and designed championship winning car, I find it amazing that cars without C of D's have preference over these type of RACING CARS. Isn't this a race meeting for racing cars??? This will now reduce the amount of meetings I can run for 2008 in Victoria to two. You may say go interstate there is plenty of racing in NSW and S.A. Due to work and family commitments the travel is not always an option. I feel that as a member of VHRR I have been discriminated against that MY CLUB is not looking after all members. Remember who supported the club through all of the years to make Phillip Island Classic what it is today. I also note that the vehicles competing get 4 races, is that effective time management? Would a proper three day meeting be considered as opposed to Friday being a private practice day?

Overall I have been extremely satisfied with the hard work put in by VHRR, sadly this decision will put a lot of people offside.

Ian.
