To print forms
Click on the applicable form link to open a new window containing the form.  In the new window choose File > Print, or press the print icon.  Close the window after the form has printed.

Printing Forms
If you have a printer available you can print entry forms and joining forms here.  Forms are available in Adobe Acrobat Reader format and in some cases also HTML format.

Acrobat Reader is the most reliable format and if you already have it installed on your computer, it is the best choice.  If you don't already have Acrobat Reader on your computer you can download it for free (see the right sidebar on this page), but it does take approximately 30 minutes to download using a typical modem.  However, it is worth the effort because much of the information published on the internet uses the Acrobat Reader format.

If you don't want to download Acrobat Reader, you can try the HTML formatted forms.  No additional software is required but they are not always successful as some computer configurations can corrupt the layouts.
